Shipping Policy

Orders are processed within 2–3 working days, Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email or WhatsApp message with your tracking details.

During promotions, sales, or peak seasonal periods, processing and dispatch may take slightly longer. We appreciate your patience and understanding.

We deliver islandwide across Sri Lanka.

Estimated delivery times

• Colombo: 2–4 working days
• Outside Colombo: 3–7 working days, depending on your location

To avoid delays, please ensure your delivery address, city, postal code, and contact number are entered accurately at checkout.

• Orders above Rs. 8,000: FREE islandwide delivery.
• Orders below Rs. 8,000: A flat delivery fee of Rs. 425 will apply.

Shipping charges will be displayed during checkout before payment is completed.

Kyla & Co. offers international delivery to selected destinations through our designated international courier partner.

International shipping charges

International shipping charges are calculated based on the delivery destination and parcel weight. The applicable courier charge will be automatically displayed at checkout once the complete international delivery address has been entered.

Any customs duties, import taxes, handling fees, or other charges imposed by the destination country are not included in the product price or shipping fee. Where applicable, these charges must be paid by the customer.

International delivery time

International orders are generally delivered within 14 working days from the date of dispatch.

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on the destination, public holidays, weather conditions, courier operations, customs clearance procedures, or other circumstances beyond the control of Kyla & Co.

Customs clearance

International parcels may be inspected or delayed by the customs authorities of the destination country. Kyla & Co. cannot control customs processing times and will not be responsible for delays caused by customs clearance, additional inspections, import procedures, or incomplete information provided by the customer.

Customers are responsible for providing an accurate delivery address, city, postal code, contact number, and any information required by the courier or customs authorities.

International returns and exchanges

Due to the cost and complexity of international shipping, international orders are not eligible for returns, exchanges, or size changes.

We kindly encourage customers to carefully review the product description, measurements, and Kyla & Co. Size Guide before placing an international order. Our team will be happy to assist with sizing or product-related questions before your order is confirmed.

In the unlikely event that you receive an incorrect or defective item, please contact Kyla & Co. within 3 days of delivery, together with your order number and clear photographs. Our team will review the matter and provide an appropriate solution.

Once your order has been dispatched, we'll send you your tracking details via email or WhatsApp so you can follow your parcel's journey.

For international orders, tracking details will be sent to the email address provided at checkout.

If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible.

We can only modify or cancel orders before they have been processed or dispatched. Once an order has been shipped, changes or cancellations may no longer be possible. However, our team will always do our best to assist you.
