Terms & Conditions
- Gift Vouchers may be redeemed for any eligible products available on the Kyla & Co. website.
- Gift Vouchers are valid for 6 months from the date of purchase unless otherwise stated.
- Gift Vouchers are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash, either in full or in part.
- If the total value of your purchase exceeds the available Gift Voucher balance, the remaining amount must be paid using one of our accepted payment methods.
- Gift Vouchers cannot be used to purchase another Gift Voucher.
- Orders paid in full or in part using a Gift Voucher are subject to the Kyla & Co. Exchange & Return Policy.
- Lost, stolen, damaged, or expired Gift Vouchers cannot be replaced, refunded, or extended.
- Each Gift Voucher is intended for single-customer use and may not be resold without the written permission of Kyla & Co.
- Kyla & Co. reserves the right to refuse, cancel, or invalidate any Gift Voucher that is suspected of being obtained fraudulently, altered, duplicated, or used in breach of these Terms & Conditions.
